Vegetable cocktail

Ingredients
  • 5-6 carrots

  • 1/4 beetroot

  • 1 stalk of parsley

  • 2 celery stalks

  • 1 cucumber (10 cm)

 
Preparation
  1. Wash the carrots, beetroot, celery and cucumber.

  2. Wash and dry the parsley.

  3. Alternately place small portions of vegetables and celery sticks in the mixer.

  4. Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy by the spoonful.
