Sweet Green Smoothie 3

  • 1 - 2 ripe bananas

  • 2 pears

  • 1/2 head of lettuce

  • 4 leaves chard (white or red stalk removed)

  • 2 stems of parsley

  • juice of half a lemon

  • 1/2 l water

  1. Peel the banana and cut into four pieces.

  2. Remove the calyx (flower end) and stem from the pears. Use the seeds and cores. Cut the pears in half, quarter them and then cut them crosswise again.

  3. Cut chard off the stem.

  4. Squeeze the lemon, pour the juice into the mixer.

  5. Place the fruits and greens in the blender, add water according to taste and mix.
