Carrot juice with sauerkraut

  • 4 carrots

  • 2 stems of red chard

  • 2 tbsp fresh sauerkraut

  1. Wash and peel the carrots and remove the stem.

  2. Wash the chard.

  3. Alternate the carrots, chard and 2 tbsp. fresh sauerkraut in the mixer (start with 1/2 tbsp. sauerkraut to get used to the taste).

  4. Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy small spoonfuls.
