Carrot juice with endive

Ingredients
  • 5-6 carrots

  • 2 leaves of endive salad

  • 1 slice of pineapple, about 1-2 cm thick, to improve taste

  • 1 apple

  • 1 handful of spinach leaves

  • 1/4 beetroot

  • 4 tbsp clear coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp pine nuts

 
Preparation
  1. Wash the carrots, remove the stem.

  2. Cut off 1-2 cm of pineapple, peel and cut into small pieces.

  3. Wash beetroot and apple, peel beetroot and cut into quarters.

  4. Wash the endive leaves and spinach, and shake out well.

  5. Place all ingredients alternately in small portions in the mixer.

  6. Pour smoothie into a glass and enjoy by the spoonful.
