Carrot-beetroot juice

  • 5-6 carrots

  • 1/4 beetroot

  • a small lemon

  • 1 small piece of ginger

  1. Wash the carrots, remove the stalk and cut the large carrots into smaller chunks.

  2. Wash, peel and quarter the beetroot.

  3. Alternately place carrots and beetroot in small portions in the mixer, add some ginger and freshly squeezed lemon. 

  4. Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy small spoons.

  5. Add a little flaxseed oil or olive oil to better absorb the vitamin A, depending on taste.  


By the way: beetroot has it all! Beetroot is full of vitamins, minerals and valuable plant substances. It promotes regeneration and gives us the strength and vitality we need!
