The three-day starter kick

Ingredients

These ingredients are required for three litres of green smoothie, which you can drink for three days:

  • 3 reife Bananen

  • 6 sweet apples

  • 1 lemon

  • 250g spinach

  • 2 medium-sized heads of lettuce

  • 1.5 litres of water

 

Preparation

These ingredients are sufficient for three large blender jugs.

  1. Add half fruit and half green leafy vegetables to the blender and then pour half of the water over the contents.

  2. Mix until creamy.

  3. Pour a glass. The rest can be bottled and kept in the fridge.
