Banana smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe banana

  • organic cinnamon

  • Heilkaffee ("healing coffee")

 
Preparation
  1. Mash banana with a fork and beat with a pinch of cinnamon until foamy.

  2. Brew Heilkaffee (thin and freshly brewed bean coffee) with a pinch of cinnamon.

  3. Mix coffee and banana puree in the blender. Enjoy!
