Avocado-spinach smoothie with lamb's lettuce

  • 1/2 of a ripe avocado

  • 100 g spinach

  • 100 g lamb's lettuce

  1. Spoon out the avocado and place the pieces in the blender immediately.

  2. Wash the spinach and lamb's lettuce and shake them.

  3. Add ingredients into the blender and mix until a homogeneous puree is produced.

  4. Dilute with some freshly squeezed vegetable juice (see also: vegetable cocktail)

  5. Pour the smoothie into a glass and take it by spoonfuls.

  6. If you want, you can add some linseed oil or olive oil, so the vitamin D (avocado) is better split.
