Apple-pineapple juice

Ingredients
  • 4 small or medium sized untreated apples with core and peel.

  • 1 slice of roughly peeled pineapple. Some brown spots may remain.

  • 1 teaspoon honey

 
Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the apples. Coarsely chop the apples together with their peel and cores.

  2. Cut pineapple lengthwise into 3-4 strips.

  3. Place the apple pieces alternately with the pineapple strips in the mixer or juicer.  

  4. Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy by the sip or spoonful.
